Decals are applied incorrectly, minifig is wrong (and unidentifiable) and the blue steering goes to it. The blue windscreen is part #2507 and in 5 kits, 4 planes, 1 copter. #6545 SEARCH N"RESCUE uses it, the 4 wide tires with white rims and the white hinge part. It is a 270 piece kit. The thin white axle plate is in 6 kits. #6518 BAJA BUGGY also uses the 4 wide tires with white rims.
