Bags 2-7 are all included, as is the bag of fenders and bag of wheels. All of these bags are still factory sealed, EXCEPT for Bag 5, which has been opened and then re-sealed with clear tape. Given the incomplete nature of this set, this item will be SOLD AS IS.
