New sealed in original lego bags. Not resealed in custom bags. This is genuine original lego 7780 released in 2006. - Piece verification: i also looked at set inventories online and sampled at least 25 different random, and unique ( rare ) piece lots and looked for them in the sealed bags until I found them, without shaking the bags / causing storage wear.
