Brand new and never opened. The set has been stored in my room ever since purchase and remains sealed. Please note that there is a small amount of box wear/damage from being stored with other boxes and items, but the contents are unaffected and the seals are intact. A great addition for LEGO Architecture collectors, especially as this retired set so it's no longer available for purchase from LEGO.
