Set is used! I believe the set is 100% complete with the exception of the top spike on the building. The last photo shows the correct piece with a figure like brick and a color matching cone piece under it, while this set has a replaced single taller standing rod. Inside the set is a chessboard like section that does contain correct figure pieces if you would rather move one to be on the top. Set will ship with care possibly Partially disassembled but easy to rebuild. INV: R7 R1
