This is the LEGO Batman set 7783, The Batcave: Penguin Mr. Freeze's Invasion. This set is 100% complete with all pieces. The net for the launcher is in its box, the capes are flattened in a top loader, the figures are in mint condition with no cracks. The instruction books are worn with some tears. Book one has some discoloration on one page from when it was printed and the back cover is missing (in photos). Book two has loose pages but nothing is missing. Every page of the instructions is present so the set can be completed in its entirety. I also counted out every piece from the part list at the back of Book 2 to make sure every piece is accounted for.
