LEGO City Arctic Base Camp 60036 – NEW SEALED – Retired – Box Wear / Tape Tears. Purchased at an Estate Sale from an older couple. They told me this set was new and never played with. The LEGO box tape appears to be secure (see pics). Looks like someone ripped the box not knowing there was tape at both ends.
