Item is 100% complete and has been very well taken care of. Stickers have been very carefully applied as pictured. All pieces are in great condition. Box is a little beat up but still in good condition. I have included 4 extra minifigures for flavor to add to the environment. Set was only used for display purposes in a display cabinet. Set was disassembled and labeled by section for all 4 walls. I have also included Lego 2845 with this listing that is also in very good condition.
