You will get everything pictured. Includes book, all figures including gold figure, three wizard cards, and board w/pieces. Set was displayed by an adult collector. I have cleaned this set but it may have some dust remaining that requires more detailed cleaning. I have noticed yellowing on a few of the white board pieces and smaller parts on a few figures. This is difficult to show in pictures so I wanted to disclose it here. There is a scratch on two of the black tiles. Please see pictures for further description. This is partially disassembled to help with shipping costs. Smoke free home.
