LEGO Haunted House (10273). New and sealed. From a smoke-free home. My LEGO collection has been stored in either my air-conditioned home or a climate-controlled storage unit. The box is in very good overall condition with light shelf and storage wear, including minor corner and edge wear, as shown in the photos. The original seals remain intact, and the contents have never been opened. Please review all photos carefully for the exact condition. I'm downsizing my collection of unopened LEGO sets. With life changes, I just don't have the time to build them anymore, and I'd rather see them go to someone who will enjoy it.
