I have the Creel House built and in my room on display. All of the pieces are there, and it is in great condition. You will receive the item in a box that is not the original box with the instructions, and I will take the set apart and number the bags to make the building process much more fun and enjoyable! All of the minifigures will be there as well and the stickers will already be placed on the pieces to get rid of that annoying part of the build experience.
