New and unused. disclaimer to box quality : The box itself is not mint condition, but the full Lego set inside is untouched and complete, still sealed in their inividual polybags. I ordered this set from Lego when it came out and never opened it. However, when the item was delivered to me, it was not packed in a shipping box, so they placed shipping stickers directly to the box, and the edges were badly damaged. I have looked inside the box to ensure that the set inside is complete and factory sealed. When I send the set to you, it will come packed safely and securely in a sturdy shipping box with adaquate padding to prevent further damage.
