100 percent of the bircks are included. Bricks were sourced,counted,cleaned and recounted. I used bricklinks.com and brickset.com for an inventory list. I also did my best source the extra pieces that were included with the set. Some bricks have wear due to play and being stored with other LEGO bricks. I didn’t come across any that were cracked, broken or chewed on. Comes instruction booklet. Booklet has wear on front and back and a corner missing on back page please see pictures.
