Completion: As is, because we didn’t want to disassemble and reassemble this massive set😀, but went through each piece of built set with instructions and found nothing missing, so most likely 100%. All minifigures are complete. Damage: Hairline cracks on Axel hands, Clay and Aaron arms. I inspected the rest of the pieces and did not notice any damage, but minor wear, scratches, or small cracks may be present and could have been missed.
