Set itself is 100% complete with all minifigures but is missing extra stuff like the box, extra pieces, and instructions. Set is in overall good shape except for some of the dark red slope pieces which have small cracks starting to form so definitely be careful while assembling. The orange snake minifigure also has cracks but the arms still swing well.
