The spinner is in good condition. As for the Jay NRG minifigure, the legs has some small dots on the bottom front part (barely noticeable as seen in the picture). The hood print is still very sharp although has some minor fading. Torso has some playwear on the sides but the front and back area is still in great condition. The head is still perfect.
