From set 70728 Good way to avoid the $600+ price new or $400+ used with minifigs and still get the overlord and his throne. The helmet is damaged as shown in images so I included another one as replacement I wasn’t able to get the head to separate from the helmet but didn’t try to hard to avoid damaging the print.
