Figures are complete and come as shown NOTE: Skales has one hand that is MEGA brand instead of Lego (see photos). It still fits in the wrist socket and holds pieces just fine. Also has plastic surface marks on right arm but no damage. Lord Garmadon figure is in perfect condition without any broken or replaced parts. Gold staff is the ONLY weapon included! Figures will arrive disassembled
