Set is only missing (2 black plumes, 4 light bluish gray windows, and poster) notated in the last photo. Cannon bases switched out to Brown pieces instead of Reddish Brown. Window pieces were replaced with light gray color instead, on different sides so can't notice difference. No box, but both instruction manuals are included. All minifigures and accessories include, no cracks or any issues; everything are in great shape. I have another set 4195, willing to combine listings if interested in both.
