Rare and cool minifigure! These minifigures were supposed to be released under Rebuild the World. Due to the military-esque printing and the violence suggestive nature that the carrot should be used as a gun, these were not released and cancelled. Really fun minifigures and story. Cancelled items are one of my favorites to collect. This one is sealed in the internal bag. I do not have the outer packaging or instructions for it. Exact one is pictured. It has some small red marks on the bag. The figure inside is perfect and not impacted. Please see photos and feel free to ask any questions.
