What you see is what you get. I would estimate at the least 85% is present. I know the kings cape, the large flag, string mechanism, and the doors are missing. May be other parts missing as well. Comes with instructions. One figure has a torso crack (pictured) every other figure has the occasional swing wear and stiff or loose joints. I can disassemble by piece sorted by color or in chunks, just message me your preference (if I don’t get a message I will disassemble by piece. Extra bag of random pieces included. Also comes with small set to the right (might be missing pieces and/or figures). One clip of Kings Barding is broken. See pictures for what you get- set is old, might have some wear. I checked the baseplate and I can’t see any cracks on it.
