Set is 85-90% complete—missing door to bank, police car bumper, parts to the front of quad, some stickers and some minfigure parts (see photos for reference). This set does have playwear, in some parts more heavily than others, but could fairly easily be completed and restored. Minifigures are in good shape but do show some wear—Aunt May 9/10 very little wear, Security Guard 7/10 with some fading on printing, Spider-Man 6/10 with some fading on printing and nicks. Great affordable way to get this rare, sought after set for the collector with some spare parts and time to clean this up!
