Brand new and factory sealed, however, one of the seals did not come sealed tightly against the box and is loose fitting, but never torn or anything like that. I tried to capture a few good angles of it in the pictures. Set has sat on the shelf in its original shipping box since I bought it brand new a few years back. Box and the rest of the seals look fantastic. ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS
