This car is mostly assembled. Comes with a baggie of pieces that have fallen off. I am not sure if all the pieces needed to complete the car are in the baggie. I would say the car appears to be 95% complete. Comes with the manual and a couple of unused decals. The manual has fingerprint marks and smudges. The box has a lot of wear. You will receive everything pictured.
