This item will ship in the retail box shown. It partially disassembled when we got it. There were a couple pieces we couldn't put in because it would require taking a lot of it apart to put them in. The pull back function needs to be reassembled for it to work properly. So, it will be a bit of a project. We believe it is 100% with the extra pieces included.
