Retired tow truck Lego set put together however I do think it's missing a few pieces. I will include the extra car that's on the back of it and it looks like there's extra pieces inside of it. The wench turns on but it doesn't move. Sounds like it's working. Maybe It just needs tinkered with! See all photos
