No mini figures or horses included Post it has a list of missing / broken pieces. Most of the brown pieces should just be replaced, they are cheap and very fragile from age. There may be a couple pieces missing that I didn’t write down but I think I got them all. The missing and broken pieces barely affect the overall build as seen in photos! Still looks great as is
