The set is complete and in excellent condition. None of the pieces have any damage or cracks. The instructions are in good to great condition. The box is in rough shape with tape on it. (See photos). Includes 8 extra 2-1 log bricks used to attach the 4 sections together. The set will be broken down into the 4 sections and carefully packaged for quick shipping. Comes from a smoke-free home.
