Set is incomplete. No box or instructions. There are no mini figures and it is missing the small red boat. There are 11 pieces missing from the patrol boat - see the last few photos - these pieces are circled in red. Two windows at the base of the boat are supposed to be a transparent blue - but have been replaced with clear pieces. See last photo - they are circled in green. Sold as is and is incomplete. Has come straight out of storage so is dusty needs a good dust down. Some of the decals/stickers are peeling or have wear. Set will be dismantled for safer postage
