Vintage 1991 Lego Systems Suggested Order Form and Inventory Advise Sheet. These forms were for retailers ordering Lego products for resale. They are unmarked and have been folded in half. The suggested order form has three identical sheets white, yellow, and pink. Probably used for carbon copies though there is no carbon sheet. The inventory advise sheet has two identical copies, still attached at the top. There is some sort of stain on the back of the yellow copy that goes through the paper to the front. Doesn't affect the white copy. See pictures for more details.
