This is a gently used vintage Diagon Alley set #10217. I approximate this set is between 90-95% complete. Known biggest missing piece is the wardrobe in Borgin and Burkes. Other few missing pieces do not affect build. For example, a grey rat piece is missing. Multiple speciality pieces are present. Please see pictures. No box. Instruction books included. Book three has a bend in one corner - please see picture. Does not affect ability to read instructions. Most minifigures are present and in good shape. Please see pictures for included minifigures. Missing minifigures: Lucious Malfoy, George and Fred. Items will be disassembled for shipping. Bug free/pet free/smoke free home.
