About this item

This set is in remarkable condition considering it is 50 years old! All bricks have the same vibrant yellow and red color since they were created. The instruction booklet has not held up as significantly as the bricks have. It has been taped at the seams and areas where it tore over the decades. But it folds and the pages and colors have held up fairly well. This set has been stored away from sunlight in a pet-free and smoke-free home. The original windshield on one machine was cracked and discolored. I replaced it with a newer model windshield. It is for this reason that I have included TWO worker minifigs. I have also included two vintage Lego catalog booklets. They are pretty cool booklets that give a glimpse into the Lego world from decades ago.
