Released 47 years ago, the Space Command Center was the first classic space model to include the crater plate. The worldwide release was issued as model 492 in the United States and 493 worldwide. This used model is in remarkable condition. The original instruction manual is included, although there is tape to repair some of the worn pages. This manual lists the flat gray base plate instead of the crater plate. I have added some bonus bricks to replicate the craters in front of the Space Command Center. See photos. This Lego model has been carefully stored in a pet-free and smoke-free home. This model is sold as-is.
