Up for sale is a lot of 4 vintage LEGO Town minifigures from the 1980s and 1990s, featuring classic service characters like a police officer and a highway worker. These figures are being sold as-is, exactly as shown in the images. One of the blue service figures is missing both arms and does not have a hat, which is clearly shown in the photos.
