The set is complete but does not include instructions. Unfortunately the set does not appear to work when I tested it with fresh batteries. You may be able to repair it. There’s some light corrosion on the contacts, pictures of the battery box provided. The set was well used so there will be some play scratches. The grey wheels have some dry rot but appear in decent condition.
